After customer orders are received, they are reviewed, entered and produced to precise specifications, which include alloy, temper, gauge, width, coil inside diameter, coil outside diameter, mechanical properties and finish.
The production processes for our various finished specifications are essentially the same. The similarity of the production processes allows us to leverage our current facilities to produce light-gauge aluminium foil of various thicknesses, widths and lengths. The following diagram sets forth the principal steps of our standard production process:
